Camp Descriptions
JR. OCEANOGRAPHER - OCEAN ADVENTURE
$205/week
Get ready to dive deep into the high seas and explore the great mysteries of the ocean! Deep Sea Camp Divers will go on an adventure of a lifetime investigating the creatures of the crystal blue waters and maybe even discovering some buried treasure!
Sample Projects:
Map Making and Orienteering, Knot Tying, Shark Tooth Necklace, Build a Model of a Tall Ship, and several others!
Camp Jr. Robot Inventor
$205/week plus a $35 lab fee
This camp is an introduction into the world of robotics. Campers will learn about the six simple machines and how they are incorporated into more complex machines. Campers will also learn about circuits and power sources as they build our “Mars-like” RC Rover. The radio-controlled RC Rover is capable of performing 23 experiments and activities. Campers will also have fun constructing our Aluminum Can Robot.
In addition:
Campers will work in the areas of observation, experimentation and trial and error as they build, race, and experiment with their robots.
CAMP EMERGENCY VET
Does your child LOVE animals? This camp is a young person’s ticket to the world of Veterinary Medicine. Our lessons will give young vets an opportunity to look into the exciting careers of veterinarians, and allow them to be involved in related hands-on activities and experiments. Campers will meet animal experts involved in animal care and the animals they work with. Each camper will even receive their own stethoscope and make their own medical kit! *Campers are NOT to bring their own pets to camp*

Jr Chef Scientific
$205/week plus a $35 Lab Fee
Come discover the science behind cooking with a dose of nutritional basics. Learn about how science is incorporated into preparing daily meals and how these choices affect our bodies! Our Edible Science Chefs will explore a variety of recipes! With supervision from our instructors, chefs will use a range of kitchen gadgets and appliances such as ovens, hotplates, blenders, and more as they prepare their dishes.*If your child has dietary restrictions or allergies please include that information on your online registration form.*

ENGINEERS & INVENTORS
$205/week
Sir Isaac Newton never had this much fun! Campers will become engineers as they explore, build and learn about how things are made. There have been so many inventions big and small that have changed the world we live in today. Students will learn about the inventors and how these inventions work.
Join us as we build and test toys as we learn the science behind them. Learn about pneumatics and hydraulics building rockets and hydraulic machines. Campers will be immersed into our toy makers workshop as they construct and take home several different toy projects during the week. Each project will teach an important physical property. Science was never this much fun!
JR. Medical Doctor
$205/week plus a $35 Lab Fee
Make NO bones about it; this camp is for the aspiring "Young Physician". Campers will learn that their bodies are miles of blood vessels, hundreds of muscles, many thousands of hairs, a furnace, a filter, AND a fancy computer! Your Young Physician will really have a pulse on the human body with this camp!

COMPUTER GAME CODER
$205/week
Bits, boards, cables, and more. Students will learn to code with click-and-drag video game creation! Unleash your child's imagination! Campers will learn to create video games with just a click of a mouse. Campers design several uniquely playable games without needing any programming knowledge or prior artistic skills. *Please note that campers will need to have basic reading skills in order to fully participate in the activities in this camp. Also, campers do not take home the buildable computer at the end of camp.*

CAMP CSI - FORENSICS
$205/week
Campers will learn to become Crime Scene Investigators during actual crime scene setups! Campers will learn how law enforcement professional solve crimes and meet real professional Crime Scene Investigators. Our young Scientist will collect evidence and learn how a crime is actually solved. We will discover how Biology, Chemistry, and Physics play major roles in the investigation!
Sample Projects: Blood Analysis; Fiber, Handwriting, Fingerprinting, and DNA Analysis!
CAMP CHEF SCIENTIFIC
$205/week plus a $35 Lab Fee
Camp Chef Scientific is designed for campers' ages 9 - 14. Activities and cooking experiments explore the science behind cooking while learning cooking basics. Chefs will make their own recipes and share with their families! This is a course for beginning "Chefs" and will include a variety of breakfast, Mexican, and party recipes.
Camp JR. Veterinarian
Jump into the world of veterinary medicine and explore what it’s like to nurture and care for animals and pets! This camp is one of our most popular (because who doesn’t love animals!?) and equips our Young Vet Campers with priceless insight into the inspiring world of veterinarians. They will receive their very own medical kit and partake in related hands-on activities and experiments giving them a chance to look into the exciting career of veterinary science! *Please note: Animals may be present at camp - this camp is not recommended for campers who have cat/dog allergies. Campers are NOT to bring their own pets to camp.*

Special Effects
$205/week
One of our most popular camps!! In our Special Effects camp; campers learn the science behind Hollywood's special effects. Activities will demonstate concepts related to light, sound, perception, illusion, and set building. Campers will also learn various special effect make-up techniques working with the same materials used by professional make-up artists to simulate cuts, bruises, artificial blood, and old age. Is there a future movie director living in your house? Students will WORK IN GROUPS OF TWO while designing their stop-motion films - please make sure to let your child know they will work with a partner while designing their stop-motion creations.

Camp Meteorology
$205/week
Campers discover why weather changes and will explore the different components that make up weather. Our beginner meteorologists learn about the sun, discuss extreme weather (tornadoes and hurricanes!), learn about instruments that are used to predict and track weather, and will even create their own weather news segment!

Camp Robot Inventor
$205/week plus a $35 Lab Fee
Campers will learn about the Science of Robotics with information on famous inventors, major innovations, and breakthroughs and advances in robot history. Newton's Laws will be emphasized all week and each camper will receive three Robot Kits to work on. Campers will be able to take home their remote controlled robots! We will be featuring our 4–Motor Robotic Arm kit. In addition to these projects campers will be learning how to solder with our "Blinky Bot" soldering project. These are skills which are a MUST for anyone taking courses in robotics or electronics.

- Full–Day Camps:
- Offered at both the Club Scientific Lab in Waldwick, and at the Franklin Lakes location.
- 26 different camp themes for Ages 5-12 to choose from!
- Most camp themes include 4 hands-on science activities each day!
- Each camp day includes an exciting Morning Science Demonstration, at least 45 minutes of Active Outdoor time (weather permitting), and the chance to socialize with friends during their lunch break!
- Full-day camps operate from 9am - 4pm
- Optional Pre-Camp from 8am - 9am available for $40 per week
- Optional Post-Camp from 4pm - 5:30pm available for $55 per week
- Camp prices start at $395 per week.
- Some camps have an additional lab fee of $35 per week.
- Half–day camps:
- Both Franklin Lakes & Waldwick locations have full or half-day options available for all camps.
- Morning camp sessions operate from 9am to 12pm
- Afternoon camp sessions operate from 1pm to 4pm
- Each half-day camp includes at least 2 hands-on science activities per day.
- All Half-day camps cost $205 per week.All camps are offered as a half day option.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refunds will be given until May 1st. A 75% refund will be given between May 2nd and May 31st. No refunds will be made after June 1st. All registration cancellations will incur a 5% fee to cover our non-refundable registration and credit-card fees.
